The Therapy Studio Team is dedicated to taking care to provide you - our clients - with high quality, professional treatment, personalized for your unique health care needs.

You will decrease pain and tension and gain the ability to live the life you want to lead.  Don't let pain control you.
Reflexology - Using finger and thumb pressure, the therapist works on reflex points on the feet. These points correlate to organs and systems of the body. Activating these reflexes may help with stress, circulation issues, sleep disorders, muscle tension, immune system, congestion, (digestive, sinus), and promote overall relaxation.
Registered Massage Therapy: Research shows that stress leads to decreased immune function, weight gain and overall muscle tension. Massage will decrease stress within the body by stretching ligaments, relieving muscle tension and decreasing cortisol levels in the endocrine system. Massage can decrease pain levels, improve muscle performance and decrease stress levels.

Pediatric Massage - Children experience stress on a daily basis. It may be physical or emotional with obvious and not so obvious causes. As parents and caregivers, it is up to us to help them to manage this stress. Massage is one way that can provide children a form of relaxation. Regardless of the reason for having massage therapy, it is important in aiding healthy development in growing bodies. Often times as adults we begin treatment once an issue has become chronic. The brilliant thing about starting early, is to help prevent certain issues from becoming ongoing problems. Massage also offers the opportunity for children to learn about and become more confident with their bodies in a professional setting. Parents are welcome to stay in the room for the duration of the treatment. Please contact Lisa for more details on the treatments or to set up a meet and greet with your child to see if this is something they might be interested in trying.
