Balance = healing = health. Being a strong believer in this formula Louise decided to change her career.  She wanted to become a participant in helping people achieve their balance and improve their overall health. She graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2003. Louise then embarked on a quest to learn from the best. She has treated at Women's College Hospital, CAMH, Scarborough General Hospital, and Markham Stouffville Hospital.  She has worked together with Chiropractors, Therapists, Doctors and Physiotherapists and believes in the importance of cooperative health care. Louise has worked extensively with all ages suffering from Anxiety and Depression.  She believes that massage is an integral part of treatment for those with mental illness.  She has studied advanced Myofascial Release as well as Active Release Techniques and Cellular Matrix Repatterning. Louise has worked closely with clients living with a variety of Neurological issues as well as treating clients with the day to day stresses and tensions of life. She works closely with her clients to fully understand their treatment needs.  Louise feels that every client can achieve freedom from pain and chronic tension through treatment, personal participation and cooperation.

About Us
Lisa graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2006. She obtained her certification in Reflexology in 2004 with the Ontario College of Reflexology, and in 2011, she studied Thai Massage (Level I) in Chiang Mai, which she incorporates into her treatments. Treating both physical and emotional stress, Lisa encourages her clients to take an active role in their therapy by learning about their bodies and working to maintain and improve their overall well-being. Her experience includes: Paediatrics, pre/post natal massage, myofascial release, deep tissue manipulation, breast massage, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. Lisa's specialty and passion is working with children. She believes that getting an early start in self awareness shapes how we develop and continue living as adults.

Michelle graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2000 with honours. She has also completed training at the Women’s College Hospital and North York General Hospital specializing in Pregnancy, Labour and Delivery, High Risk Pregnancies and Infant Massage. Michelle is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in good standing and has been since beginning her practice in 2000. She has continued her training and education in techniques such as Cranial Sacral Therapy and Trigenics.
With a strong interest and extensive experience in competitive sports, Michelle draws on her knowledge to treat sports related injuries and aid in the prevention of such injuries. Her years of extensive experience owning and working in a multidisciplinary clinic as well as in hospitals with pre/post natal care, motor vehicle accident victims, workplace injuries and physical rehabilitation have helped her to practice with a comfortable and knowledgeable approach to the treatment of her clients.
She believes in treating the body as a whole – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually – not only in treating symptoms but also working with her clients to determine the cause of the symptoms and achieve resolution.

Amy graduated from Kikkawa College in 1989, and after raising her children updated her credentials and re-entered the profession in 2012. She is passionate about balancing the health of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. She provides both relaxation and therapeutic massage; techniques include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Active Release Therapy (ART)myo-facial release, and deep tissue massage. This wide range helps her to customize treatment plans to meet each client’s individual needs. 
Amy has had experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinic with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists , spa settings and fitness centres and has helped many clients on their journey to achieve optimal health.
